It might look like the party season is done but there is still much partying to be done. I’m currently in Nigeria and January is seen as the wind down month. The time when those living abroad come back for a very long visit. Some say its because the exchange rate is favourable, flights are cheaper and people can take the time of work. Basically, in Nigeria, January is the time for bumping into old school mates, evenings of live music and tasty spicy food. Oh, and catching up with relatives!
If you read my blog regularly, you know how much I LOVE sequined and embellished garments. Also, my go-to vintage store for one off pieces is Beyond Retro! It’s no surprise that my dress ticks all these boxes. Although it may be too hot to be wacking on a full on winter overcoat in Nigeria, for all mu UK loves, the coat is for you!
